This photo is probably the early 1900's.  The gentleman on the horse is Oda F. Cooper, a local resident of the area and a descendant of the original founder of the Cooper's Hill post office up on the hill and namesake of the present day town.  This must have been taken on Sunday, looks like the store is locked up tight.
